Our current schedule is as followed:

15 minute entrance window for online attendees
15 minute intro to weekly discussion topic
20 minutes for part one section of guided discussion surrounding theme of the week
10 minutes for break/ questions on part one
20 minutes for part two section of guided discussion surrounding theme of the week
10 minute window for questions on part two
10-20 minute window for housekeeping notes and last minute questions
