This is our quarterly Shadow Work that we do. Historically we have paired this with a type of progressive art activity. Sometimes we will do that, other times we will pair it with personal growth activities.

Once a month, there is a point where Kayla takes over the show.
With her infectious spirit and enthusiasm- she leads us through fun and exciting crafts.

Our current class list includes a few (much requested) introductory classes.
We offer these, currently online, on a rotating basis.
